Our trailer measures 12 ft × 6 ft × 6.5 ft. Filled to the top that is about 468 cubic feet, or roughly 17.3 cubic yards — more than a typical 15-yard dumpster, without the permit, the driveway damage or the week of waiting.
A full load is the right call for estate and foreclosure cleanouts, evictions, hoarding situations, office moves and remodels. For larger properties we simply run a second load the same day; and you approve the price of each one before we fill it.

How big is a full load?
Our trailer is 12 ft × 6 ft × 6.5 ft, about 468 cubic feet. That is roughly the contents of a two-bedroom home or a tightly packed two-car garage.
What if one load is not enough?
We run additional loads the same day whenever the schedule allows. You approve each load before we fill it.
Can you handle construction debris?
Yes: wood, drywall, cabinets, doors, windows and fixtures. Concrete, dirt, brick and tile are heavy, so those are quoted by volume and weight before we load.
