Tell us what stays. Everything else is carried out, sorted on the driveway and loaded: donations in one area, metal and electronics in another, trash last. Most one-car garages are a half load; a packed two-car garage is usually a full one.
Paying for a storage unit you never visit? We meet you at the facility, empty the unit and hand you back the lock, so you can close the account the same day.
What we cannot take from a garage
Garages are where hazardous leftovers hide. Liquid paint, solvents, motor oil, gasoline, pesticides and propane tanks must go to a household hazardous waste facility. Set them aside and we will tell you where to take them.

How much does a garage cleanout cost?
Most one-car garages fit in a half load at $399 and packed two-car garages in a full load at $799.
Do I need to be there?
For the walkthrough at the start, yes, so we know exactly what stays. After that it is up to you.
Do you clean out storage units?
Yes. We meet you at the facility or work with the manager if you have authorized access.
