Old appliance pickup without the heavy lifting
A refrigerator weighs 200 pounds or more and rarely fits through a doorway on the first try. Our crew brings dollies, straps and floor protection, and carries the appliance out from the kitchen, the laundry room or the garage so you do not have to.
Appliances are mostly steel, copper and aluminum, so almost all of the unit can be recycled. Units that contain refrigerant go to a facility that recovers it before the metal is processed.
Before we arrive
Empty the refrigerator or freezer, unplug it and, if you can, leave the doors open for a few hours. For washers, gas dryers, ranges and water heaters, have the water and gas shut off and disconnected. If you are replacing the appliance, book us for the same day as the delivery and we will clear the way.
