How hot tub removal works
Most hot tubs cannot leave the yard in one piece: the gate is too narrow and the tub is too heavy. We cut the shell and the frame into manageable sections on site, carry them out and clean up the cuttings.
Metal components, pumps and motors are separated for recycling. Most standard tubs take up about half of our trailer.
Before the crew arrives
Drain the tub completely and have the electrical supply disconnected at the breaker by a qualified person. Clear a path from the tub to the driveway and let us know if the tub sits on a raised deck or below grade.

Do I have to drain it?
Yes. The tub must be drained and the power disconnected before we start.
Can you remove a tub that is sunk into a deck?
Usually yes. We may need to remove some deck boards; we will tell you in the estimate.
