When you request an estimate or contact us, we collect the details you give us: name, email, phone number, service address, preferred date and a description or photos of the items to be removed.

When you book a load online, our store also collects your billing details. Card payments are processed by the payment provider; we do not see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare estimates, schedule and perform the service, send confirmations and receipts, and answer your questions. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers that make the service possible, such as our website host, email service and payment processor, and with authorities when the law requires it.
